These will generally be dispatched within 3 weeks from the date of order. Tiyara shall not be held responsible for delivery delays arising due to natural calamities, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. If you notice that the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take clear photographs and videos clearly showing the damaged or tampered portion of the package. You must then contact our Customer Support team at +91-9643105105 or email us at tiyarabyyara@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number and with the images and video of the damaged/tampered package. Upon verification, we will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement shipment at the earliest possible time.
Shipping Charges for Returns
All products approved for return or replacement shipped to the Tiyara office in Gurugram, Haryana. All return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer except in cases where the product received is damaged, missing, or incorrect.

Cancellations
Ready to ship products
Customers may cancel a ready-to-ship order only if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been dispatched. To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact the Tiyara Customer Support Team at +91-9643105105 or email us at tiyarabyyara@gmail.com. If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 4-5 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Tiyara reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, limitations on product availability, inaccuracies or errors in product descriptions or pricing, or issues identified by our credit verification or fraud prevention processes. In certain cases, additional information or verification may be requested before an order is accepted. Customers will be notified if all or any part of their order is cancelled or if further information is required. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the charged amount will be reversed to the original payment account.
If a cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped, a full refund will be issued. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be governed by the applicable Return Policy. By placing an order with Tiyara, the customer agrees to accept and not dispute any decision taken by Tiyara regarding order cancellations.
Products made on order
Personalized or customized jewellery items are produced through a specialized manufacturing process and are crafted exclusively upon receipt of a customer order. As these items are made to order, additional time may be required for manufacturing and delivery. For customization requests, customers are required to contact us at +91-9643105105.
Please note that orders for personalized or customized jewellery cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
All decisions regarding eligibility, cancellation, refunds, and deductions shall be final and binding as determined by Tiyara Fashion.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
