Lifetime Exchange Policy

At Tiyara Fashion, we value long-term relationships with our customers. To ensure
confidence in every purchase, we offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy on eligible products, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • Lifetime exchange is applicable only on products purchased directly from tiyara.fashion.
  • The product must be original and identifiable.
  • This policy applies only to the product value, not to shipping or additional charges (i.e. GST, etc).
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is mandatory.

2. What “Lifetime Exchange” Means

  • Customers may exchange their product at any time for another product available on the website.
  • The exchange value will be based on the original invoice value (before taxes and shipping).
  • The exchange value will be credited to the customer's digital wallet on the website. The amount from that wallet can be used for further purchases.
  • If the new product costs more, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
  • No cash refunds are provided under the lifetime exchange policy.
  • Exchange Value will be strictly determined by original purchase price and it will in accordance with the time period and percentage ratio as specified exclusively in Exchange Value Section of this policy.

3. Shipping & Handling Charges

  • In the case of exchange, the products need to be self-shipped to Tiyara office in Gurugram, Haryana.
  • All shipping, handling, and logistics costs related to lifetime exchange are to be borne by the customer.
  • Tiyara Fashion does not provide any pickup or delivery under this policy.

4. Exchange Value

For products that are eligible for exchange, the exchange value shall be determined
as per the structure outlined below.
Time Since Invoice Date Exchange Value
0 – 12 months 70% of invoice value
12 - 24 months 50% of invoice value
After 24 months 30% of invoice value

5. Non-Eligible Items

Lifetime exchange does not apply to:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Any product that has been previously repaired, altered, or serviced by a third party (any polishing, resizing, soldering, stone tightening, or cleaning by a non-Tiyara entity shall be considered third-party servicing).
  • Products that are damaged, altered, broken beyond repair, or tampered with shall be rejected without exception.
  • If any lab grown diamond is missing, removed, or broken.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Products without valid proof of purchase.

Tiyara Fashion reserves the right to inspect items and reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions. Also if any returned item is found to be different from the product originally shipped (including mismatch in design, weight, stone, serial number, or certification), the exchange shall be rejected outright.

6. Exchange Process

1. Email us to request an exchange with your Order Number or Invoice Number and clear, complete product photos.
2. Wait for the Exchange Confirmation Email from our team.
3. Check the confirmation email for the shipping address and instructions.
4. Securely pack the product and ship it to the provided address.

Customers must ensure that:

  • The parcel is securely sealed and properly bubble-wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
  • The shipment is sent to the official mailing address provided by Tiyara.

Customers are required to share the courier tracking details with us via email at tiyarabyyara@gmail. Please note that shipments without a valid tracking number cannot be monitored and may be lost during transit, for which Tiyara shall not be held responsible.

Once the product is received, it will undergo quality and authenticity verification. Upon confirmation that the product complies with our exchange policy, the applicable exchange value will be credited to your Tiyara Wallet within 48 (fouty-eight) hours.

Tiyara Fashion is not responsible for damage, loss, or tampering during transit Final acceptance of exchange is at the sole discretion of Tiyara Fashion.

7. Wallet Value Expiry

In case of an exchange, the value of your product will be credited to your Tiyara Wallet, which may be availed for future purchases.

The credited amount will be valid for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of credit.

Kindly ensure that the credited amount is availed within the validity period. Upon expiry of the validity period, Tiyara Fashion reserves the right to set the unused balance to zero.

Tiyara Fashion reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or withdraw the Lifetime Exchange Policy without prior notice.
  • This policy is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Refuse exchange requests that do not meet the policy conditions.

All decisions regarding eligibility, inspection outcomes, valuation, exchange, and deductions shall be final and binding as determined by Tiyara Fashion.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
