Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Tiyara fashion (“Tiyara”), customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Therefore, we offer various return and replacement options only for eligible reasons and subject to conditions specified in this policy. Please read till the end of this page to know about our various return and replacement policies.
Please note that all return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product received is damaged, missing, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
This return and refund policy is applicable only to purchases made through Tiyara Fashion’s official website.
To be eligible for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be strictly met:
- The jewellery must be returned unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered, with all original tags intact and attached to the product and in its original packaging.
- The original invoice or valid proof of purchase, along with any documents (diamond grading reports and all accessories) provided at the time of delivery, must be submitted.
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery is non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, as per industry standards.
- Any free gifts or complimentary items received with the order must also be returned along with the main product.
Tiyara Fashion reserves the right to inspect returned items and reject any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions. Also if any returned item is found to be different
from the product originally shipped (including mismatch in design, weight, stone, serial number, or certification), the return shall be rejected outright and no refund shall be issued
Important Note
At the time of receiving your Tiyara order, it is mandatory to record a complete, continuous unboxing video. The video shall cover the complete unboxing process and highlight all the items within the package including the jewellery. This is required to verify any claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Claims will be accepted only with a clear, unedited, continuous video showing the outer packaging, inner packaging, and all the contents within the package including the product.
Exclusions from returns and refunds
While Tiyara makes every effort to accommodate return and replacement requests, certain products and conditions are excluded from the Return/Replacement Policy. Return or replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Customized or custom-made jewellery, including personalized or engraved items, ring sizes made on order as well as products sold under special offers or promotional schemes.
- If a product is found to be tampered with (including a broken seal) and is accepted by the customer at the time of delivery, no return, exchange, or replacement will be provided.
- Products showing any form of physical damage (Physical damage includes, without limitation, scratches, dents, bent prongs, loosened or mission diamonds and stones, broken clasps, discoloration due to wear, impact marks, or any alteration, as determined solely by Tiyara’s quality inspection team).
- Any product that has been previously repaired, altered, or serviced by a third party.
- Products that have been washed, worn, or used.
- Products that are not returned in their original condition as delivered.
- Products without a valid and clearly readable serial number, including items with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or unreadable serial numbers.
- Products returned without complete original packaging, including tags, accessories, the original invoice, certificates, documents, and all items originally provided at the time of delivery.
- Orders where the customer refuses to accept the shipment after it has been dispatched or is out for delivery. In such cases, Tiyara shall not be liable for any refund or replacement.
Tiyara reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all returned products before approving any return or replacement request. Any return that does not comply with the above conditions shall be deemed ineligible under the Return/Replacement Policy.
24-Hour Replacement Policy
At Tiyara, we take utmost care in shipping the correct products after our quality checks. Even if there are cases wherein there is a mistake on our end and we ship a damaged, missing, or wrong product, the issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for our 24-hour replacement policy.
Steps to raise a request for 24-Hour Replacement
1. Contact us via email: Please email your concern at tiyarabyyara@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a detailed explanation of the issue. Along with the email, you must share a complete, continuous, and clear video clearly showing the problem with the product, including the packaging and the issue observed.
2. Review and verification: Our team will review the details and the video provided to verify the issue.
3. Product pickup and replacement: Once the issue is verified, a pickup will be arranged within 4–5 business days to collect the product from your shipping address.
Replacement details, including the next steps and timelines, will be shared with you via email.
Customers must ensure that:
- The product is returned in its original
packaging. - The parcel is securely sealed and properly bubble-wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Tiyara shall not be liable for damage occurring during return transit if the product is not packed as per prescribed instructions.
5-Day Return Policy
Got the product but didn’t like it? We also offer easy 5-day returns within which customers may submit a return request subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Once your request is received, a case ticket/ID will be created and assigned to our executive. The executive will review your case and offer a suitable resolution. The approved refund amount will be credited to your bank account via the original payment gateway used at the time of purchase.
Return Shipping & Refund Processing
All products approved for return or replacement shipped to the Tiyara office in Gurugram, Haryana. All return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
- Customers must ensure that:

packaging. - The parcel is securely sealed and properly bubble-wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
- The shipment is sent to the official mailing address provided by Tiyara.
Customers are required to share the courier tracking details with us via email at tiyarabyyara@gmail.com.
Please note that shipments without a valid tracking number cannot be monitored and may be lost during transit, for which Tiyara shall not be held
responsible.
Tiyara shall not be liable for any damage occurring during return transit. Therefore, please ensure that the packaging is properly done to protect the contents of the packaging.
Upon receipt, the returned product will be inspected by Tiyara. If the product is found to be in acceptable condition and free from defects or policy violations, the refund will be authorized.
Tiyara reserves the right to evaluate the returned product before confirming
the eligibility and value of any return or replacement.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or statutory charges, as per local laws, shall be borne by the customer.
In cases where one or multiple items are claimed to be returned but are missing upon receipt, Tiyara reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing item from the refund.
The refund amount is expected to be credited to your bank account within approximately 7 (seven) days from the date of authorization.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and credit the refund to your account. Any such delay is beyond Tiyara’s control, and Tiyara shall not be held responsible for it.
General Terms
- This policy is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
- The policy is applicable on a per-product basis.
- Tiyara Fashion reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue this policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
Any attempt to misuse this policy, including fraudulent claims, tampering, substitution of products, or repeated abuse, shall result in rejection of the claim, suspension of the customer account, and legal action where applicable.
All decisions regarding eligibility, inspection outcomes, valuation, refunds, replacements, and deductions shall be final and binding as determined by Tiyara Fashion.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
