Free Plating Service
Tiyara Fashion is committed to delivering jewellery of superior quality and lasting finish. That is why we coat our products with 3-micron thick 18kt gold that is more than the industry standard. To uphold this commitment, we offer a 1-Year Plating Service on eligible jewellery items, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Eligibility Criteria
- The plating warranty is valid for a period of one year, commencing from the invoice date of the product.
- This warranty exclusively covers plating -related deterioration, including the inner silver becoming visible, occurring under normal wear and usage conditions.
2. Benefits
During the eligibility period, each eligible product is entitled to a maximum of two (2) plating services, as detailed below:
First Plating Service
- Plating Service Fee: Free of charge
- Shipping Charges: Fully borne by Tiyara Fashion (both inbound and
outbound shipping)
Second Plating Service
- Plating Service Fee: Free of charge
- Shipping Charges: To be borne entirely by the customer (both inbound and outbound shipping)
No additional plating services shall be provided beyond these two instances even if one year has not completely passed from the date of invoice.
3. Product Inspection & Approval
- All products submitted under this warranty shall be subject to mandatory quality inspection and authenticity verification upon receipt.
- Plating service shall be provided only if the product is deemed eligible in accordance with this policy.
- Tiyara Fashion reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any warranty claim based on the inspection findings.
4. Exclusions (Not Covered Under Free Plating)
This service does not cover:
- Products with physical damage, breakage, deformation, dents, scratches or loss of stones
- Products with damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper handling, or negligent storage
- Products with damage exposure to water, moisture, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, or abrasive substances
- Products where the silver has been oxidized.
- Products where the coating is intact. If the gold vermeil plating of the products is intact, Tiyara will not be liable to do any plating.
- Products that have been altered, repaired, re-coated, or tampered with by any third party.
If the product falls under any one of the above-mentioned conditions, Tiyara reserves the right to deny the plating service. All expenses including shipping will be borne by the customer.
5. Plating Service Claim Procedure
To initiate a plating warranty request:
- Contact Tiyara Fashion via the official customer support email with the Order number or Invoice number and clear photographs or videos highlighting the coating issue.
- Wait for the Approval Email from our team.
- Check the confirmation email for the shipping details and instructions.
- Securely pack the product and ship it to the provided address.
Customers must ensure that the parcel is securely sealed and properly bubble-wrapped to prevent damage during transit, and the shipment is sent to the official shipping address provided by Tiyara.
Customers are required to share the courier tracking details with us via email at tiyarabyyara@gmail.com.
Please note that shipments without a valid tracking number cannot be monitored and may be lost during transit, for which Tiyara shall not be held responsible.
Tiyara Fashion is also not responsible for any damage, loss, or tampering during transit.
6. General Terms of Service
- This service is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
- The service is applicable on a per-product basis.
- Tiyara Fashion reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue this service at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
All decisions made by Tiyara Fashion regarding free plating service eligibility shall be final and binding.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
